SRL-Z series high-speed hybrid unit

It is mainly suitable for the batching, mixing, coloring, drying of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, as well as the drying, devolatilization and other processes before the molding and processing of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate. It can also be used for the mixing of phenolic resins.
This unit combines hot mixing and cold mixing processes, and the hot mixed materials automatically enter the cold mixing pot for cooling, eliminating residual gases and effectively preventing material agglomeration.

1) In addition to generating heat through mixing friction, the materials in the hot mixing pot can also be heated up through electric heating and steam heating.
2) The hot mix lid adopts double sealing. Cold mixing also uses cast aluminum arched pot covers, which are not easily deformed.
3) The blade pot body is made of stainless steel material, which is not easy to rust and is convenient for cleaning and maintenance
